It was my Dad's birthday Tuesday. Boy am I slow at this posting stuff. I made dinner and dessert for everyone who came over. I was busy visiting that I forgot to get pictures of the event. I did get pictures of the dessert when we were ready to eat it though. Go figure. Oh well. I enjoyed the evening and the food was very good! I made fresh green beans, mashed potatoes from these wonderfully yummy potato mix we found at Publix, a homemade apple pie and homemade carrot cake (made these into little cakes), and when David got home from work he grill the chicken that had been marinating in a garlic and lemon sauce.
