Delicata Squash

I went to the store a few days ago and decided to pick up one of every winter squash they had. Which ended up being 4 different ones. We tried this one first and really liked it! I washed, dried, labeled and saved the seeds. Figured we can try to grow them!

How I prepared it: Cut the squash in half, cleaned out the seeds. Placed on a microwave plate added a little water to the plate and covered with our microwave shield cover thing. Microwaved for about 8 minutes. It is done when fork tender. Sprayed with a little spray butter, sprinkled on a little salt, pepper and seasoning of choice.
Eat right out of the shell. Yum! Can't wait to try another one.
