March 2020 Cruise!

That's right. We went on our cruise that was booked for March 2020. We were the last cruise to go out before they has to shut down for the flu....let's not go there, I'm not talking about that issue this country stupidly went thru. I'm here to post our time on the cruise! This time we went with Royal Caribbean - Mariner of the Seas. It was also a small cruise. We usually go at the end of each year (cheaper during hurricane season) but we wanted to take an anniversary cruise. It was our 20th anniversary! So we wanted to take a cruise. This line was the only one that had something during our actual day. There were ups and downs with this line but we wanted to experience this cruise line as we have already tried 3 others (well, technically 2 because Carnival and Princess are the same company). Anywho, lets get started!

Food and crochet!

As anyone should know I love my electric pressure cooker. I've had it over 2 years now and still enjoy using it every day. It is so wonderful to use. If you don't yet have one and have been thinking of getting one....DO IT!! I use mine to make so much stuff. One of the most enjoyable things to cook in it is dry beans. I know that sounds weird but I was never good at cooking dry beans. I would try and try and try and could never get it right. But with my Cosori I can make them right all the time. Here lately I've been learning how to make spaghetti in the electric pressure cooker. And so far it's turning out to be an easy hit.

Family & Fun

We've had family time and it's been great. I enjoy time with family. These were at different times of course. But small clips of fun days.

Homemade Bread in an Air Fryer!

That's right!! I used my air fryer to make bread and it turned out wonderful! No need to heat the whole oven up for one loaf of bread anymore. Yay! Unless it's winter and you want the warmth...hehehehe. But I live down here in Florida were there aren't many cold days.

Homemade bread is easy to make and makes your house smell divine!! Plus it tastes heavenly too! So put on your apron and roll up your sleeves cause you're making bread today! Now let's just get right into it.

Lifestyle Changes

Well, another lifestyle change is happening. A new year of 2020. A time of change and transformation. And I'm taking full advantage of it for sure! With everything that happened in the last few weeks of 2019 and in the first few days of 2020, I have listened and I have taken action. I am re-reading my book - The Power of Now. I read another book similar to that one - Unfuck Yourself. And I have decided to OWN MY LIFE!! I have started a workout routine. But not just any workout. This one makes me excited. Fills me with positivity. And inspires me. I'm talking about the one and only...................

Paisley Vegan Kitchen

There is a wonderful vegan restaurant in Cocoa Beach called Paisley Vegan Kitchen. The problem is, it's too far so we don't go much. I think we've been 4 times in a year. Well, they opened a second restaurant and it's closer to us!

No Excuses!

2020! Another year. For many it's a new start to a goal. A resolution. But also for many it never succeeds. I've been one of those someones. I even stopped making resolutions cause I knew it wouldn't go far. Plus I always thought, what's wrong with any other time of the year!? But here it is 2020!! And this year I will make it different!
