DDP! Said with a roughness in your voice, get it right! And for ya'll that don't know who this is - it is Diamond Dallas Page.
I found his inspiration a long time ago but overlooked it. I was amazed, don't get me wrong. But I had that doubt and worthlessness that sometimes creeps into ones life. So I moved on, but I never forgot what I saw. As time went on it came to me again. I guess it was trying to tell me something. I wasn't ready the first time and I still didn't feel ready the second time. Even tho I was looking for change. Thankfully this time it didn't take years. It only took months. I did recommend it to a loved one and thought why aren't I enough? So after a few months I started to watch again. Then decided I am enough! This was near the end of 2019 - remember, when things started happening. I looked online and the program was on sale. I took the leap and purchased it. Then I got access to a website for members. There I started getting more and more excited! Then it came in the mail.
I probably seemed like a kid when it arrived! But I was trying to act like an adult...hehehehe. I then read the book that came with it. I will admit I didn't read all of it cause I don't follow the eating/diet plan that the program wants you to follow. I know my eating is making me healthy and I will not change it. I just need to get my body into physical health now. And I feel this is it!
I started Monday, January 6, 2020 and am still excited about this program. My hubby has even decided to do the workouts. Already he says he is feeling a difference. I just love the positive motivation DDP has and it helps me cause I feed off energy!!
Well here is where this post gets not so good.
I have decided to do that photos that are suggested before starting on the program. Along with body measurements. I did it all! I will be using this blog as a place to share and log my progress. It's all about accountability. So here it is for all to see. The photos and measurements were taken 1/4/20
