I made my chili for dinner a few days ago.
While doing so I was enjoying a Strawberry Daiquiri. It was yummy (like always)!!
Take ground beef and cook it with diced onion.
After it is all cooked add one package of chili seasoning.
Here is where you slowly add a bottle of beer.
This is also where David took over for me while I made corn bread to have with the chili.
If you need to, let the beer reduce to very little.
Then add a large can of crushed tomatoes and three cans of kidney beans, drained.
Put a lid on it and let it simmer while you finish making the corn bread or whatever else you decide to have with your chili. Sometimes I add curry to the chili. David and I really like curry!! Serve and enjoy!!
Nori really likes my beer chili. When I tell them I am making chili for dinner her first response is - "with beer!" So I of course pull out a bottle of beer (smile).
