Went shopping for our tree. Does she look excited or what?
Had to figure out where to put it! First by the window....no. How about the middle of the room!
Of course I had to want to fattest tree ever! I like it! (smile) Everyone always picks the "perfect" looking tree with the "perfect" christmas tree shape.....not me!
Decorating it. The kids did all the ornaments. David and I put on the candles. His family tradition that I love....because I love candles. David's mom gave me extra tree candle holders from Germany.
Ahh....enjoying the beautiful look of candles on a tree!
And now regular light to enjoy all day long.
An advent wreath made from the branches cut from the tree. Another tradition from the Hubby's mom that I love! To help she gave me some extra mushroom ornaments she had....mind you from Germany.
And Nori just has to torture the poor dog with this outfit! The look she gave me after Nori put it on her was the same look the dog Max had in the Grinch....lol
I have always wanted a white tree. So this year I got one! A small one as you can tell. But that is what I wanted. I am glad I finally got one. It has lights on it too, I just didn't take a picture of it. Oh well.
The lights David and Logan put on the outside of the trailer. They do such a good job!
And finally.....we bought paper glasses last year at Home Depot that make lights look like shapes. We were able to look thru the camera and get the picture. The picture is a street light across the lake. If you look at a set of lights on a tree each and every light will be a snow man or snow flake. Pretty cool, huh?
That's it folks!!
