Oven bread

I have posted about homemade bread and gave the recipe to try. I have played with it, like I said I would and hopefully you did, and found the best combination that works for me. Here I will share the ingredients I found to work for me and how I do it now.

I mixed together: 2 cups warm water, 2 tsp. instant yeast, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. salt and 5 cups flours.
I let it rise no less than two hours but no more than 5.

Here is what I get. Punch down, remove and form into a ball.

Cut the ball into what you want to make. I wanted dinner rolls and baguettes.

Brush the top with melted butter, egg wash, water or nothing.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

After I took them out of the oven I brushed the tops with melted butter.
Sometimes I add seasonings to the melted butter, like garlic!
Let rest for a while and then enjoy!
