I made one scrambled egg. Sauteed some onions and bell peppers. Heated two tortilla shells. Brushed on a little olive oil. Spread on some pizza sauce. Sprinkle with the sauteed veggies. Added a dash of Italian seasoning. Divided the scrambled egg among both pizzas. Topped with some shredded cheese and baked until cheese melted......wala! Breakfast pizza....Easy! And yummy!!
When making your breakfast pizza use whatever veggie you like.....mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes....you can even use crumbled sausage with or without the egg. It's whatever!
