Recipe

Around here they call it mush, mash, slop - whatever comes out of their mouths, which isn't much because they are too busy shoveling this in their mouths! They really like this recipe but can't give it a real name. Nori wants me to enter it in a cooking contest, I told her - "You're nuts!" And Logan wants to add it to the menu of his restaurant, I told him - "Yeah, okay!"(sarcasm) These kids of mine are crazy! It is just something I throw together.

Take and cook ground turkey with onions and bell pepper (yes, diced, I won't hold your hand through this). When done add some soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard (our favorite!) and gravy or broth (I use the one I have on hand at the time). Then a whole container (8 wedges) of Laughing Cow cheese (any flavor you want). Let melt. Then add pre-made or leftover mashed potatoes. Stir it all up real good. Cut two bell peppers in half, clean out the core and seeds, microwave until desired softness. Place on plates and fill with the "mush, mash, slop" and enjoy.
