October Cruise 2015

We took our cruise in October.....Halloween!! Drinks were free!! We went to four places on this cruise....Honduras, Belize, Costa Maya and Cozumel. Mom-in-law and I really liked Costa Maya. We took a shit load more picture than I want to post....lol. But I put some purdy awesome one's on here for ya.

A very late post of Christmas 2015

We had a really good Christmas. I've not been posting like I keep saying I will. Oh well, I don't know what else to do but keep trying. So my pictures are getting full and I have time to post something. I'll start with Christmas! Also our Bugs second Christmas but her real first Christmas where she kinda knows what's going on.

First, before Christmas we put a mattress in the back of hubby's truck and go thru the neighborhood looking at lights. This was Bugs first time doing this. For a while she just keep saying "wow" and then feel asleep.

Good Eats

Here are a couple of new restaurants we tried. One was a Mexican place and another was just a small mom and pop. Which we really enjoy finding mom and pop places to eat at! Much better food than chain restaurants.

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY!

Yesterday was my Bugs 1st birthday! We are having a party for her Saturday but Nori wanted to have a family dinner on the day of her birthday. So we went! Bug wasn't feeling well :-(  She had fun none the less eating whatever she could!

Homemade Instant Oatmeal

I make a lot of things homemade now to keep as much chemicals out of my families food as possible. So I was curious when I came across homemade instant oatmeal. I'm the only one who bothers to make and eat oatmeal in my home but I thought I'd give it a try (maybe the guys will finally eat it if it's easy like instant!). Here is what I've learned and decided to do in my home.

It's been kinda rainy today. On and off, thunder here and there. Staying in with nothing to do. We're outta bread...so I made some. Nothing like fresh homemade bread! Later I hope to have pictures of my new floor. We've had it laid down for a while now. Oh, and my counters that Hubby built for me. Just haven't felt like doing anything. Okay, here's the wonderful bread. Sorry there isn't scratch and sniff!

A day of golf

My hubby and dad-in-law wanted to go play golf Sunday. The fun part for me and my mom-in-law is that we get the drive the golf cart buggy for our guys! And we found out we are suppose to keep an eye on the ball when they hit it, count how many times they hit it AND drive them to the ball. Didn't realize I had to do so much. I just wanted to drive the cart and enjoy the day...lol
They played nine holes and then we stopped for lunch and two pitchers of beer. No pictures there. Then back out for another nine holes. The day got so hot the last nine holes wasn't as fun as the first nine! The temperature was like "feels like 110" outside. Okay on with the pictures.
