Thrift Stores, Tattoo and Extra Things

This is a little of several things thru the weeks. One is Hubby's tattoo! A few weeks back I got one and then it was his turn. I think it turned out really awesome! Plus things we found at thrift store and other items we purchased. Like I said, a little of several things. Enjoy!

A flower on my desert rose plant. I finally put it in the ground so it can grow as big as it wants!
Strange that every time it bloomed the flowers were pinkish. This one is such a pretty red!

Okay, this isn't from a thrift store but it was such a good buy I thought I'd add it. We got a Keurig. Our old coffee maker was a Flex Brew by Hamilton Beach and could brew 12 cups of coffee or a single cup using a pod or a reusable filter. It was a really nice coffee maker to have. But I don't drink much coffee anymore and Hubby really isn't a big coffee drinker (even tho he likes to think he is lol) So when this went on sale at Sam's Club for WAY cheap I got it! Takes up less space on the counter too. It also came with the items on the right. Which was a super great buy as those items are always sold separately. So far it's been a good purchase.

So we were out thrift store shopping and came across some really good finds!
The top pictures are and old recipe stand with label cards, but no old recipes :-(
That's okay tho cause it's awesome! Cost $2
The bottom one is a large wooden spoon with German writing on it.
I really like it and I hung it in the kitchen. Cost $2

Finally found my boy a trench coat. He's been wanting one and they are hard to find. And the ones I did find (brand new) are $200 and up!! Crazy. So while thrift store hopping we came across this. It is London Fog brand. The liner inside zips out for non winter days. Cost $20

And I got these brand new Brooks shoes on sale for $2.50 at a thrift store!

I LOVE THRIFT STORE SHOPPING!

Here is Hubby's new tattoo. Master Ogway from Kung-fu Panda. It's awesome!
Next he wants to touch up his older tattoo of his knight chess piece.

Another purchase not from a thrift store. Hubby heard good things about this and wanted me to order one. So I did. The day it came I read the instructions and did Logan's hair. Not what I expected. Then when David got home he was super excited. I did his hair. He figured as we get use to using it we'll get better with the hair style. He wanted it cause he said it will save us hundreds of dollars cutting both their hair at home instead of at the salon. Hey, it's their choice.

Hubby finally replaced the kitchen faucet with a new, up-to-date one. He figured the old faucet he took out was from when the house was built (1992)!!! It was that old. And I'm loving this new one!

Well, there you have it. Thrift store finds, tattoo and some extra things.
