Catch up

I will do some catch up with this post. We have some pictures that we haven't posted yet and instead of doing them separately they will just all be added to this one post. We will start out with the new doughnut pan I got. They make regular size doughnuts, just baked not fried. Yum!!

These doughnuts turned out very good! I will try different glazes next time.

Next up is the pecan pie I made homemade. Well, not the crust. This is an awesome recipe because it doesn't use corn syrup. When I make it again I will do it with directions and post the recipe. Everyone likes it over the regular corn syrup pecan pie. I don't like overly sweet desserts and this is not overly sweet. To me a regular pecan pie is awful sweet to where I only can handle a bit or two. But this pie....I can eat a whole slice and some! :)

Now is the beautiful sunset. David took this from our car while I was driving.

Then we have our nut dog. I can't believe how much he makes us laugh!

Lastly, our new car. We traded in the old 1996 Corolla (with over 201+ thousand miles, mind you) for this 2006 Solara. This is our first luxury car! Love it!
